snowNews: theSnowSite.com first iPhone and iPod Touch App

Well, this is not exactly new news – in fact it is about a month late. However, during the last month theSnowSite.com has been very busy updating the site, posting ski and boarding news, and reporting from St Anton, and it is only now that there is time to announce the availability of theSnowSite.com first iPhone and iPod Touch App – snowNews (iTune App Store).

So, what is snowNews?

snowNews is a free App for the iPhone and iPod Touch that downloads the latest news from ski and boarding resorts around the world. snowNews directly follows the official twitter accounts of around 200 ski resorts (more being added all the time), and also takes the twitter news feed from theSnowSite.com (@theSnowSite), which reports on around 600 ski and boarding sites.
