Day 6: Boxing Day Skiing in Courmayeur

26th December, Boxing Day. Late start.

The mountain was still shrouded in cloud in the morning, but by mid-morning it was gone and the sun was out.

Hit the mountain around 11:30 and it was cold, very cold. The runs were in great order and well groomed.

Met up with the ski group at lunchtime in a small mountain restaurant. Lovely and warm, and again the food was very expensive.

It was great to be back out in the sun after the gloom and doom of a cloudy Christmas day.
